PROGRAM SUMMARY

The Business Development/Entrepreneurship Division encourages the entrepreneurial spirit of tribal members by supporting business owners and aspiring business owners through education, capacity building, discovery and shared responsibility. The Business Development Team pursues to understand the needs of tribal entrepreneurs so that small businesses succeed on an off the reservation by offering business development services to the pueblo community as a means to economic independence.

TARGET POPULATION

The entrepreneurship/business development program provides one-on-one technical assistance to YDSP Tribal Members who are interested in developing a business or who own a business, including: Seminars, workshops and events for YDSP Tribal Members, El Paso Community and surrounding areas.
