I Randy Beaulieu and my wife Ronda retail Wild Rice from natural lakes it is vastly different from cultivated wild rice or farmed wild rice. I started harvesting wild rice with my father Truman at a very young age and harvested wild rice with him for many years. Wild Rice was always a big part of our family history . I was a tradesman for 28 years in the HVAC Industry or sheetmetal worker a trade that would come in handy in modern day wild rice finishing. A friend of mine Bruce Savage would always asked for help at his wild rice finishing plant which I eventually did help once involved with the work at the plant that led us to get involved in the wild rice retail business along with my mom Hilda Beaulieu encouraging us as well. We are happy to share our natural lake harvest Wild Rice with our customers. I am a member of the Leech Lake Band Of Ojibwe in Minnesota our wild rice is harvested by the Ojibwe Nation.
